Quality Policy Statement
Perry Johnson Registrars CES, Inc. is absolutely committed to anticipating and meeting the requirements and expectations of our clients in terms of the quality of the services we provide, as well as the expectations of the ANSI Executive Board and applicable bodies whose accreditation we secure and maintain. Our administrative structure is established in such a way to maintain impartiality, independence, credibility, and transparency. We personally affirm this commitment.
Our company’s Quality Management System of our Validation and Verification activities conform to country specific legislation, ANSI and other accreditation body specific rules, regulations and guidelines. With this quality system, we engage in a strategy of continual improvement, seeking to anticipate the expectations of our GHG clients and the ANSI Executive Board and strive to meet those expectations at every juncture. We are committed to the accurate validation, verification and certification of GHG projects, which in turn will help contribute to sustainable development. PJRCES understands the importance of impartiality in carrying these activities, manages conflict of interest, and ensures the objectivity of its certification activities. PJRCES further supports a policy of public access and disclosure of information regarding its certification processes and status of certified organizations, and is responsive to complaints about its activities and the activities of its certified clients.
The entire PJRCES team adheres to the spirit and the letter of the firm’s quality policy as well as the directives of the Quality Manual and its subordinate documents.
Statement of Confidentiality
PJRCES possesses appropriate agreements following concerned laws to secure confidentiality of information obtained from the communication with voluntary and mandatory GHG emission reporting and reduction project participants during the activity of validation/verification at all the classification of our organization system including committees, external organizations, or individuals acting under the name of PJRCES.
Except laws requiring disclosure, information about specific organizations is not disclosed without a documented agreement with the organizations. When laws require disclosure of information to third parties or concerned GHG programs require disclosure of information, information subject to the disclosure is given to the organizations.
A description concerning confidentiality is included in all contracts with validators, verifiers and technical experts to enhance the policy for PJRCES’s confidentiality.
PJRCES securely controls confidential information, using appropriate equipment and facilities. When confidential information relevant to validation/verification is transmitted as a result of entrusting works, PJRCES contracts in writing for the confidentiality with the entrusted organization.
