• Includes Responsible Care® requirements only—no ISO 14001 requirements
• Focus on hazards and risks
• No multi-stage registration audit—no periodic surveillance—recertify every 3 years
• Focus on headquarters site, with incremental inclusion of production sites
• Headquarters must be certified by 12/31/05 (SME’s by 12/31/06)
• May be more valuable for organizations with only domestic manufacturing and supply chain
